Privacy Policy

SynterraAI, Inh. Odibo (UID CHE-201.221.355; "SynTerra", "we") operates the SynTerra FlowAI platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of synterraflowai.com and registered users of the Service.

Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, company, and email address when you request a demo, submit a contact form, or create an account. We also collect limited usage and analytics data (pages visited, device type) and, with your consent, cookies that help us improve the platform.

Website analytics and cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to our marketing website and actions such as demo requests and pilot-access clicks. Analytics loads only after you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. Choosing "Necessary only" keeps Google Analytics disabled. We do not enable Google advertising signals or advertising personalization.

Our analytics events do not include form field values, chat transcripts or contract documents. Payment and authentication pages are excluded, and page addresses sent by our tracking code omit query strings and fragments. Google processes analytics data under its applicable data-processing terms. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Demo scheduling

We use Cal.com to display available demo times and process bookings. The embedded calendar loads only when you select "Show available times"; you can also open the booking page directly. Cal.com processes the name, email address, company and optional notes you submit, along with scheduling information, to confirm the meeting and send invitations. Please do not include confidential contract details in booking notes.

Confirmed demos are added to our business calendar and use Google Meet for video calls. See Cal.com's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy for information about those services.

How we use your data

We use your data to respond to enquiries, provide and improve the Service, communicate product updates, and ensure security and compliance. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your contracts to train our own AI models; processing by external service providers is subject to the applicable provider terms and agreed data-processing arrangements. Before onboarding we confirm which AI services are enabled, where they process data and what retention terms apply.

Hosting and data processing

Swiss deployments and data-residency options are planned and are not yet available; they must be scoped and verified with each customer before any sensitive production use. We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and we confirm the enabled services, processing locations and retention terms before onboarding.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights or to request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), contact us at info@synterraai.com.

Security

We protect personal data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 Type II attestation are part of our enterprise security roadmap. For details, see our Security page.
