These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SynTerra FlowAI platform (the "Service") operated by SynTerra AI AG ("SynTerra", "we"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and access

You may need to create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading content you do not have the right to process, attempting to disrupt the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

AI-generated content

FlowAI uses artificial intelligence to draft, review, and analyse contracts. AI-generated output is provided as a draft to support your review and is not legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all contract content before it is executed.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions are honoured at their agreed rate for the committed term.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service and its underlying technology. You retain all rights to the contracts and data you process through the Service.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynTerra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.
